This Cookies policy of the GoBot (hereinafter referred to as the “Cookies policy”) is a document that sets the information on how the website gobot.ae and / or the mobile application named “GoBot” that is available on Google Play for Android platform (via the following link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ct.pro.goball&hl=ru) and on Apple Store for IOs platform (via the following link https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/goball-next-sport/id6743632607) (hereinafter referred to as the “GoBot” or the “Platform”) developed and operated by E.Z.F - INVENT Free Zone Establishment - Limited Liability (registration number (Business License) 40137) (hereinafter referred to as the “Service provider”, “we”, “us”) - a legal entity incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates address at: Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, UAE - use cookies and other similar technology.
The terms mentioned in the Cookies policy are used in their meanings and definitions set both in Privacy policy (available via the following link https://gobot.ae/privacy_policy) (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy policy”) and in the User agreement (available via the following link https://gobot.ae/user_agreement) (hereinafter referred to as the “User agreement”), in the event of any conflict between the provisions of the policies set above and the Cookies policy the provisions of the Privacy policy for purposes of personal data processing regulation shall prevail.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

We can place cookies and other similar technology on User’s device, including mobile device, in accordance with User’s preferences set on the Platform cookie consent manager. Depending on chosen be the User settings in our cookie consent manager on User’s device, the following information may be collected through cookies or similar technology: User’s device unique identifier, mobile device IP address, information about the User’s device’s operating system, mobile carrier and User’s location information (to the extent permissible under applicable law).

WHAT COOKIES ARE

Analyzing and processing the data, the GoBot may combine data from publicly available sources, and from different websites, email and personal interactions with the User. The GoBot combines this data to better assess the User’s experience with the GoBot and to pursue the other goals described throughout the Privacy policy.

USAGE OF COOKIES FROM THIRD PARTY COMPANIES

Some cookies, web beacons and other tracking and storage technologies that the GoBot uses are from third party companies (third party cookies), such as Microsoft, Facebook, Google Analytics, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Linkedin Analytics to provide us with web analytics and intelligence about the Platform which may also be used to provide measurement services and target ads. These companies use programming code to collect information about the User’s interaction with the Platform, such as the pages the User visits, the links the User clicks on and how long the User is on web pages. This code is only active while the User is on the Platform.

DOES THE GOBOT USE ANY TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES SIMILAR TO COOKIES?

GoBot may also use web beacons (including Conversion pixels) or other technologies for similar purposes as above and we may include these on the Platform, in marketing email messages or newsletter, affiliated websites, to determine whether messages have been opened and links clicked on. Web beacons do not place information on the User’s device, but they may work in conjunction with cookies to monitor activity. The information provided below about cookies also applies to web beacons and similar technologies. Conversion pixels are small codes located on a particular web page which are triggered when someone visits a page resulting in an increase in the conversion count.

IF THE USER DOES NOT WANT COOKIES OR SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

The User can adjust cookie settings through our cookie consent manager. If the User wants to remove existing cookies from device, the User can do this using browser options. If the User wants to block future cookies being placed on device the User wants can use our cookie consent manager, at the same time it may have an impact on the User experience of using the Platform.
