Account Deletion in the GoBot Application

How to Delete Your Account
1. Open the GoBot app.
2. Go to the “Profile” section.
3. Tap “Account Settings” in the top-right corner.
4. Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete Account”.
5. Confirm the action. A modal window will appear stating: “All data and settings will be permanently
deleted.”
6. Confirm deletion again.

What Data Will Be Deleted
All personal user data will be permanently deleted, including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email
- Profile data and personal settings
- Gameplay history, sessions, rankings, achievements
- Authentication data
- Any backup data linked to the user ID

What Data May Be Temporarily Retained
For security and compliance purposes, GoBot may temporarily retain:
- Technical logs (up to 30 days)
- Transaction records (as required by applicable law)
- Anonymized analytics data that cannot be used to identify any user

Data Deletion Timeline
- All personal data is deleted within 30 days after the deletion request is confirmed.
- During this period, the account is inactive and cannot be restored.
